We ship all orders within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Shipping within the Netherlands: 2-3 business days

Shipping within Europe: 3-7 business days

International shipping: 7-14 business days

RETURNS

We want you and your little ones to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer easy returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, please email us at hello@helloshams.nl with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
